Our promise

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit — because every piece should feel just right.

Before you return

To be eligible, items should be:

• Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
• With all tags and original packaging intact
• Returned within 14 days of delivery

For reasons of hygiene, pierced jewellery and items marked final sale cannot be returned.

How to return

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +965 6074 0752 with your order number within 14 days.
2. We’ll confirm your return and arrange a convenient collection or drop-off.
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your exchange or store credit — usually within 3–5 business days.
